- The email address you provide when you start a paid audit, contact support, or ask us to follow up.
- Order details needed to deliver your report and manage payment, such as your plan, order status, and report reference.
This site does not load third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or external fonts. Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs, including an IP address and request time, to keep the service secure and reliable.
Why we use it
We use your URL to run the scan and prepare your report. We use your email to deliver the report or respond to your request, and to send service messages about your order. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. We share the information needed to complete your checkout and fulfil your order. Paddle handles payment card details under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your full card number.
Retention
We keep your audit request and contact details for 12 months from collection or your last interaction with us, then delete or anonymize them. We may keep limited transaction records for longer where tax or accounting law requires it.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run AccessiGuard, such as our hosting, scanning, email, and payment providers. We may disclose data if the law requires it or to protect the service from abuse.
Your choices
Email hello@conecto.market to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
