Is AccessiGuard a certification or legal advice?

No. AccessiGuard provides an automated technical scan, not legal advice, not a certification. The report documents technical findings against WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria. It does not certify your site as compliant, predict or prevent an ADA claim, or replace review by qualified legal counsel.

What is included in the free 5-page scan?

We scan up to five publicly reachable pages and return a short technical result on this page, with no payment required. Paid plans add the full prioritized PDF, a wider page limit, and prioritized, ready-to-use fixes.

How fast will I receive the PDF report?

Paid reports are delivered within 24 hours after we can access the site. If a login, CAPTCHA, bot protection, or geo-restriction blocks the scan, we will contact you at the email provided before the clock starts.

My site is behind a login or blocks bots. Can you still audit it?

Often, yes, but the scan needs a way to reach your pages. Email hello@conecto.market with a staging URL or access details before ordering so we can confirm what can be covered. We cannot scan what we cannot access.

Do you fix the issues for me?

No. The report gives your team or developer the finding, the relevant WCAG criterion, and practical fix guidance. Implementation stays with you or your development partner. A clean scan does not guarantee compliance; manual testing with assistive technology is still necessary.
